Drugs kill: Athena

As children, we were taught that drugs destroy and kill, that we mustn’t take them or even go near them, but as an adult, you might want to experiment or it might simply be an easy way to make money. Athena was going through a tough time financially and saw an advert offering good pay, but she didn’t know what it was for. She arrived at the meeting point and it turned out they had developed a drug that was easier to take and had a faster-acting effect, but the dealer warned her of just one thing: not to try it, because it is highly addictive. She ignores the advice and becomes addicted within months, not answering her phone. They find her on a pavement, completely filthy. Having sold nothing and used up all the drugs on herself, the boy decides to end his life to prevent her from escaping or saying too much in case she has second thoughts. Athena fights for her life, but it is in vain; at the time she was high and could not defend herself easily, and Athena’s life ends right there
